Securemedy Incorporated is seeking candidates for a 12 week temporary assignment to fill Unarmed Security Guard positions in the Hagerstown, MD area. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate will be responsible for subcontractor signing in/out, distributing and collecting work badges, and checking bags during subcontractor exit. Hours of performance are 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., Sunday through Thursday each week. 

PAYRATE:
$13.00/ hour
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

At a minimum all applicants shall meet the following minimum requirements:
  • Must be US Citizen or legal resident
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • 2 years of verifiable security or related experience 
  • Prior experience providing security in a commercial setting is preferred
  • Must have a CURRENT/ ACTIVE Maryland Security Guard License
  • Must have First Aid, CPR and AED certification (mandatory, in-house training provided. Note: If candidate has current outside training credentials, they will be reviewed and/or accepted on a case-by-case basis. Skills and knowledge testing may be conducted).
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be physically fit and able to stand for prolonged periods
  • Must be able to pass physical exam and/or drug screening
  • Must possess reliable means of transportation
  • Must have working and reliable telephone number
  • Must have verifiable employment references
