JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: Securemedy, Inc. is seeking a qualified Site Supervisor/Project Manager to support a federal contract located in Macon, GA managing an armed security guard force of approximately 15 Protection Security Officers with Federal Protective Service (FPS) training requirements. The Site Supervisor/PM shall conduct overall management coordination and shall be the central point of contact with the Government for performance of all work under this contract. The SS/PM shall have full authority to contractually bind the Company on matters pertaining to execution of the contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The SS shall provide technical advice, organize, plan, direct, and manage all Contractor staff assigned to the contract.  The SS shall ensure that: (1) the goals and objectives of the project, and (2) problem resolution and customer satisfaction is accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters. The SS should possess; a SECRET security clearance prior to starting work under this contract, demonstrated experience in certified law enforcement and/or federal security with demonstrated experience as a supervisor, demonstrated experience in planning, directing, and managing professional security services of a nature similar in size and scope, demonstrated experience with the successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills similar to those of this requirement, demonstrated oral and written communication capabilities appropriate for the highest levels of management.

• Ability to write clear, concise and accurate detailed reports
• Ability to pass physical exam and drug screen
• Meeting the Requirements of 18 USC 992 verification of Lautenberg Amendment
• Possess either a BS/BA or MA/MS in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security Mgmt, or a related field, preferred
