Minimum Qualifications
Successful candidates will have knowledge of applicable laws, rules and regulations pertaining to the responsibilities and professional conduct of sworn, armed Special Conservators of the Peace and the methods used in accident and claims investigations.  Officers must demonstrate the ability to exercise independent judgment, prepare complete and effective reports, and communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.  Selected candidates will be required to pass a criminal background check conducted by Securemedy Inc.  
Preferred Qualifications
Possess a current Special Conservator of the Peace license in Fairfax Virginia. 
A college degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, private security or equivalent experience, including the military, is preferred.
